Christine received her master’s degree from the department of Architectural Engineering at the University of Colorado in Boulder. Her emphasis in building systems included coursework in sustainable building design, renewable energy systems, and HVAC system design. After several years of HVAC design in San Francisco, she found her passion in lighting design. Christine eventually fully transitioned to designing lighting systems and moved to Seattle in 2016. She lives in a cozy Craftsman home in the Central District, loving the diversity and wonderful food in her neighborhood. Christine and her husband Duru are the proud parents of Desna and Dexter, a 50-pound female husky and 12-pound terrier mutt, both rescues that now live a pampered life.
